Mike Parkins was a huge influence on me, I give him credit for molding me to work in a high-end corporate environment. He sharpened the skills I learned from Jay . Mike is an impressive leader, communicator and teacher. I benefited from his tutelage immensely, I apply what I learned from him in my current role as an employer, with his vast influence, my success is only that much easier to attain and manage. He would be one of the few persons I would consider working for again. |

When I hired Michael Andersen 9 years ago it was his demonstration of his passion for anything that he did that sold me, he was the right person for the job. I was never disappointed. Michael lifted the position to level it had never been. His dedication and hard work was unquestioned and his peers respected and enjoyed him as a team member. He always demonstrated he was able to put himself in other's shoes when making decisions and he was respected for it. As I read the article in your paper on Michael's new venture in life, I am proud and completely understand how this fits him to his core. I am happy that he got this opportunity and having spoke with his grandfather on a few occasions know how proud he would be of Michael. I know Michael will work hard to overcome all obstacles (he will have them in this endeavor) because that's his nature.
